What BodyBurn does, screen by screen
Every screen has one job: generate your program, run your workout or track your progress.

In short
What does BodyBurn actually do?
BodyBurn generates a strength program that fits your profile, has you log your loads set by set during the workout, then uses those numbers to work out the load and reps for your next session. It also tracks your consistency week after week and, from the Core plan up, adjusts your calorie target to your actual weight trend.
Goal, level, available days, session length, equipment and joint limits. From that profile, BodyBurn generates a complete, progressive program with only the exercises that suit your situation.
Today's exercises, with load logging right in the workout, set by set. No notebook to fill in from memory later.
Every set is saved: load, reps, RPE. BodyBurn uses it to suggest the load and reps for your next session, so you never have to work it out by hand.
Your progress shows up as a stack of plates that grows workout after workout, scaled to the loads you actually lifted. On the home screen, the last 7 days show your workouts and your tonnage day by day, along with your streak of weeks on target. 9 badges reward workouts finished to the last set, weeks completed and streaks of weeks in a row. No points, no leaderboard.
New equipment, a new joint issue, a different goal: update your profile and generate a program that takes it into account.
Your daily calorie target, recalculated from your actual weight trend instead of a fixed formula. Available from the Core plan.

- What does BodyBurn actually do?
- BodyBurn generates a strength program that fits your profile, has you log your loads set by set during the workout, then uses those numbers to work out the load and reps for your next session. It also tracks your consistency week after week and, from the Core plan up, adjusts your calorie target to your actual weight trend.
- Do I have to log my loads every workout?
- Yes, that's what moves the program forward. BodyBurn calculates the suggested load for your next session from your last two logged sessions. Without logs, it has nothing to work from. You log set by set, during the workout.
- What is the plate stack?
- A visual record of your progress: a stack of plates that grows workout after workout, scaled to the loads you actually lifted.
- How many programs can I generate?
- One new program per month, whatever your plan (Starter, Core or Pro). A program already covers a multi-week cycle that you repeat, and you can generate a new one when your profile changes.
- Is video technique analysis available?
- Not yet. It's planned for October 2026 as a closed beta, by invitation, for the Pro plan only. No general release date will be set until the real cost per analysis has been measured.
